Burnett did not make the Nats 25 man roster and should now be a free agent. Lefty coming back from an injury. Didn't allow a run in 9 innings in spring training. I think he might be an upgrade over Torres and would give another lefty in the pen until Smith returns. Then whoever is tossing it well between him and Cappy could stay while the other is expendable.
