That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

The lead post will be updated as more information becomes available, so take a moment to check it periodically.

If you have information that should be included, especially rotation information, feel free to post it. As of now, it appears that the wildcard winners and the Cardinals haven't announced any pitchers past Game 1.

And of course, please holler if you see any mistakes. :)

EDIT: The Astros' rotation has been announced. Games 1–3 (Collin McHugh, Scott Kazmir, and Dallas Keuchel) are posted above. The Game 4 starter will be either Lance McCullers or Mike Fiers.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

The presentation of [cite]O Canada[/cite] was kind of a throwback. The organist played and the fans sang.

trwi7, where do you have a problem with MLB Network?

I like the fact that there isn't going to be an issue when games overlap. With the NL games all on TBS, we're likely to have to tune into an oddball channel with little notice at some point.

I can see the advantage of TBS, though. Almost everyone has it. Viewers may have to buy a higher tier to get MLB. I don't know where FS1 typically fits in.

The fact that I have to pay extra for it. The fact that Bob Costas is calling the game. I just don't really like anything about MLB Network game broadcasts.

I wonder if there's an error in the Cubs' lineup and if it's possibly Schwarber in LF and Coghlan in RF.

Cubs vs Cardinals is like Godzilla vs. Gamera.
"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

The pitching matchups in the Mets/Dodgers series will be all kinds of sexiness.

No doubt! I am finding myself rooting for the Mets, just love that young pitching staff.
