Brewers Claim RHP Preston Guilmett From Dodgers Add Him to 25 Man Roster

Didnt see a thread about this. Guillmett claimed off waivers from the Dodgers. Will replace Broxton on the 25 man.

 

Dude has sucked at the MLB level(he has allowed 15 earned runs in 21 innings over parts of three seasons for the Indians, Orioles and Rays) but is sporting a 2.69 ERA in 262 games in the minors, including a 2.48 ERA in 115 appearances at the Triple-A level.

 

The pickup reminds me a bit of the Marco Estrada claim a couple years ago. His delivery reminds me of Mike Fiers.
