Their offense was terrible last year as well.

It wasn't when Brandon Knight was here.

Nope. They were 20th in the league when Knight was traded at 1.007 Points per possession. Still terrible. As close to 28th as to 13th (.986 and 1.0028)

OKC looks like a potential trade partner for the Bucks if they are looking to deepen their roster for a playoff run. My hope is Hammond could pry away Payne in the process.

Payne, Morrow and Waiters for Mayo and MCW seems like a fair deal for both sides.

While I won't argue with the offensive issues that have been discussed, I think their offense is workable. They don't have enough shooters, but on nights they move the ball they make it work.

Their defense generally sucks, though. They constantly let guys into the lane to score or kick to shooters. They are last or near last in Opponents FT Attempts, Defensive Points per Shot, and Adjusted Defensive FG Percentage.

They've been better at times, in some games much better, this season, but they are generally still a poor defensive team and they have no chance to sniff the playoffs if they don't get better there.

Nice win last night. Caught the end of the game on NBA. Not sure how the game was overall but they had a couple nice plays to finish it out.

It was a great ending, but the Bucks should've won it going away. The Bucks were up 6 with 6 minutes to go, and proceeded to give up a 12-0 run to go down 6 requiring the end of game heroics.

The defense has really stepped it up over the last 6 games (without Vasquez), giving up sub-90 points per game, compared to the 6 games previous where they gave up over 110 on average.

Was at the game last night (vs Golden State). The BC was rockin'. Electric atmosphere and an all around amazing game from quite a few guys.

It's too bad everything I've been reading makes excuses for the Warriors, especially that they played an OT game the night before. Sure it wasn't OT, but the Bucks played the night before, too. Face it, they just didn't shoot well and got beat by that night's better team.

MCW was +22 on the night. Kinda looks like he's found a permanent and productive role off the bench.

Whatever happens the rest of this year the priority for next year in FA and the draft should be to find a PG with some semblance of a shot. Way to early to see what might be available in the draft; but at least in my humble opinion the biggest piece the Bucks are missing is PG that can put some more pressure on the defense with the threat of a shot. MCW is a great penetrator but his defenders play so far off of him it makes it difficult for him to run the offense and get guys good looks. He also is still turning it over a ton. Really wish the Bucks will be a position to draft Dunn but that seems pretty unlikely

Dunn is a good player but he would present the same issues MCW currently does with his inability to shoot. Our floor spacing would not improve from his inclusion in our starting lineup. On the other hand, Demetrius Jackson his the exact skill set we are looking for in a PG. He is quick, a good ball handler, possesses above average court vision, can knock down the three consistently, and plays solid defense. His only flaw is his height 6'1" which he can somewhat compensate for with his sturdy 194 lb frame. Next draft a back up big in the 2nd Rd (i.e. Meeks or Kaba) Then sign Mayo (3yrs/$27MM) and Ryan Anderson 3yrs/$36MM) as free agents and we should be pretty set.

PG - Jackson, MCW, Ennis

SG - Middleton, Mayo, Vaughn

SF - Giannis, Inglis

PF - Parker, Anderson, JOB

C - Monroe, Henson, Meeks/Kaba

Crazy it sounds, that's been Mayo. Probably wouldn't cost a ton to sign him again either. Buy a little time if they do draft a rookie PG. MCW could be a combo guard off the bench.

Tough roadie coming up, I would be thrilled if they could go 2-2.

Well they are staring an 0-4 road trip in the face. Maybe they really do need another high draft pick to take the next step.

Not sure what players the Bucks have that they could trade at the deadline and actually get a decent return. Mayo possibly. Plumlee will get traded for nothing. No other major contributor really seems like they could get traded

Apparently the Warriors are unhappy with the way the Bucks celebrated their upset. They weren't a fan of MCW staring down the bench. Curry and Green were talking about how excited they were to get the Bucks to Oakland. How much is GS going to win by on Friday? 30? 40? 50?

I think Milwaukee beating GS on Friday, in California, would be a bigger upset than when they ended the streak.

We'll see what the young kids are made of with the open challenge from the Warriors. I'm just hoping its not a blowout.

It always annoys me when the losing team complains about the winning team's celebration. Unless the winning team is mocking or condescending, deal with it. We untucked our jerseys...boo hooo. We screamed and jumped around like a playoff game... tough cookies.

Great game tonight by the guys tonight, but dead legs and mental errors lost them that game. The worst (even though the game was over) was watching MCW sleep on the three point line while Curry zooms in for that offensive rebound on a FT. Just awful.

There's no excuse for this team to be under .500 in my opinion.

What is it with MCW? In big games he tends to always step up, but he just doesn't have it on a nightly basis. Just when people start thinking he's not the answer and he gets benched for Mayo, he comes back to life and shows that he really could be the key piece to this team.

I was watching a GS feed of the game last night and their announcers said the same thing. "If the Bucks can play like this, why are they below .500?"

Bucks still need a shooter on the team, maybe somebody who can rotate in and out with Mayo and Middleton, and it'll be interesting what we can get in a trade of Mayo. I've also heard of the Bucks drafting a big man who could fill in behind Monroe and provide a bigger presence than Henson can.

Plumlee got after it last night IMO, I really like the guy as a backup. We should try and get him more playing time. As for Henson, I didn't watch him really close but he got beaten badly down the court 2-3 times (that I picked out) by a Warrior big. For a guy as athletic as he is that shouldn't be happening.....

Middleton shooting 2-10 from deep doesn't help the cause though.
