Melanoma Awareness

Sorry to hear about that.

 

I used to work as a lifeguard. I didn't get sunburnt, yet rarely wore sunscreen. I figure skin cancer is pretty much a guarantee in my future. That being said, how does one tell if it's just a mole or if it's something that should really get checked out? I can't say I know my body well enough to remember if a mole has always been there or if it's something new.

I worked outside (constrction) for 15 years. Getting a yearly skin check is now a routine for me. I'll simply say this. If you aren't sure........get it checked. It's that simple.
