No Carlos Gomez why is that? Think Counsell is giving him the day off for something in the field lately? Like the forgetting the outs in the games lately? Baserunning?

Get. Over. It.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

The sky is falling! Gomez caught the third out and played it like there were two.

Who cares! Honestly it means nothing and had no effect on the game. No coach cares about stuff like that....now treating the second out like it is the third out is a totally different story. I watch infielders do that on a daily basis...I don't see people losing their minds over that. Most people laugh actually.

Id ask him if he wants to be assistant pitching coach.

Brian Anderson just explained why Braun is garbage in the field, "Came in, now going back."

Ryan Braun gets burned so many times coming in on a ball behind him it is just sad. Missed that instructional in middle school on never making your first step forward. He can't read the ball off the bat to save his life in RF. I don't remember him being that bad in LF, but maybe I just wasn't that observant.

It was a simple question. Was Gomez sat as a Counsell disciplinary or for other reason's? The only thing I knew that would be disciplinary were the 3 occasions now in the past week that Gomez caught the 3rd out and threw it in like there were only 2 outs.

I'm not mad at Gomez. If it were disciplinary though it would show Counsell wasn't going to put up long with mental mistakes. Which would be a kudos factor to him.

Its for Gomez' legs. Okay. Moot point. Just asked. over-reaction.

Lohse has settled in. Time to score some runs!

This baserunning is 10x worse than the Brewers. No reason to attempt second base on that hit. Braun was being a tad casual getting to the ball, but he was still out by a good amount.

Should be down by more than 2 runs here.

Wow an averagish start by Lohse tonight.

He gave them a chance to win. A good chance by only giving up two runs.

Better than what he usually does. Maybe he can build off of it and have a nice start. His change up was looking nice thats for sure.

I'm sorry, but I'm fairly certain I'll be pushing up daisies when the first woman plays in MLB.

That commercial is horrible. Just really not a good choice.

And they play it constantly! :tongue FSNW needs new commercials big time.

He wasn't terrible by any means. He just never gets any run support. He had some screw-ups but got himself out of couple of tight spots as well.
