2016 Draft - how good is it going to be

Now that we pretty much know we'll be drafting in the Top 10 (probably Top 5) of the 2016 draft, I'm curious to know how good that draft class is projecting to be? Can any of the draft experts give us some insight on next year's draft class? Is it going to be one of the stronger classes, weaker classes or middle of the road?

It's going to be an incredibly strong draft class, especially for pitchers, both in college and high school. I'd go into more details, but we've talked about this subject quite frequently in our work over at Perfect Game.
