I think reillymcshane sums it up best. Go with Schafer because 'maybe' he will 'get it' re batting in his peak season and he is exceptional in CF. And, that is the way the 40 man sits. So, no change needed.

Noting your logic in the Herrera thread, it's also possible Schafer *could* have a decent enough 2015 to become the "regular" 4th OF in 2016 when Parra's $6M salary likely is off the books.... and there's no great immediate danger in giving him at least a chance to prove that.
