I guess that kind of backs up my thing about not developing our own pitching a bit as to why were never long standing WS threat. Take TB as a comparison, they brought up several of their own high end pitchers (Shields, Price, Garza, Kazmir etc.) along with a couple good position players like Longoria. They at least had a 3 year stretch as legit WS contenders. The pitching route is the better way and MKE is at least trying that route now.
