I think the Owens - Cena match is close, still think Owens will win this one and eventually once the US belt is put up, Cena will end up beating him. I think Roman Reigns is probably the favorite to get the briefcase, but it would be cool to see The new day with the tag team belts and the briefcase, so i'll take Kofi with a shocker.

You could be right on Cena/Owens, hope it's as good as last time though.

 

Really disappointed to hear about the Tyson Kidd injury - he finally broke through and I really liked his pairing with Cesaro....which is now pretty much gone for at least a year it sounds like. Ugh. I'm sure they'll ruin Cesaro again too.

When is Sasha Banks going to get the promotion? I really like Owens, but I feel like there are other assets that are not being used like her down there as well. Ridiculous how boring it's gotten lately.

I think it would be smart to promote Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Becky Lynch at the same time. They could form a faction like The Shield or Nexus. It would breathe some life into the womans division. They have nothing else to proove at NXT and would give an opportunity for other female wrestlers like Alexa Bliss or Dana Brooke to see what they can do.

Bayley and NBeXT are both injured at the moment, so if they were going to be called up, they aren't now. My guess would be Charlotte and Sasha come up after Summer Slam.

 

Who else is waking up at 4:30 in the morning on Saturday to watch The Beast in the East? Owens vs. Balor in Japan is going to be epic.

 

Also, the videos they've put together for Balor the past three weeks are mind-blowingly well done. Go extremely far out of your way to see them if you haven't already.

I know she is hurt, but please don't give Bayley a gimmick change when she finally gets the call. She could be a hero to thousands of young female WWE fans because of her personality. She is one of my favorites.

 

As far as the live show from Japan goes, I'm really intrigued by the Brock vs Kofi match. Sorry Kofi, it was nice knowing you.

the great thing about the network is that i can still wake up at 8am and watch them on demand, without knowing the results. I am excited for the show. I can also then skip some matches like Cesaro vs Diego, which make no sense to have on there.

 

I loved the 3 pieces on Finn, really great prospective since i didn't know of him until he got to NXT. Really makes it a guy that you want to cheer for.

 

I am curious to see if Finn wins. This would allow the full transition to Raw for Owens. I think it makes sense at this point, or else why would they have spent 3 weeks hyping Finn Balor.

I really like the idea of pairing Becky and Charlotte with Paige and Sasha with Tamina and Naomi. Can make for some awesome matches.

 

After Raw, I am thinking that Brock will win the belt on Sunday, setting up Triple H vs Rollins at Summerslam.

i really like how they ended the lesnar - rollins match. Allows Rollins to continue his reign while Lesnar doesn't have to take a loss. Looking forward to undertaker - lesnar 2.0 at summerslam.

Wyatt family beats the Shield (maybe help from 3rd member)

Lucha wins Tag Team belts

Amell and Nevell beats stardust and barett

Owens beats Cesaro

PCB wins the 3 way womans match

Ziggler beats Rusuv

 

making this 4 hours has really craeted alot of matches that i don't care about, but i think that the owens, rollins, and taker matches will be very good. Womans match could be good if they allow enough time to do it right.

I thought SS was pretty horrible. Two main events that both have stupid endings.

 

I thought RAW was pretty good. LOVED the return of the Dudleys. Man did that bring me back. Was cool to see Sting again too - though I'm curious where they go with him. I'm hoping he beats Rollins (so he can say he was a WWE champion). Then have Shaemus cash in MITB. And potentially have this couple with an eventual Rollins face turn - so he can chase his title back. Rollins is great as the smarmy guy, but I think it really overshadows his actual wrestling ability.

 

I was also hoping for an Ambrose heel turn, but instead we got another Wyatt member (and not Bo Dallas, who I've been hoping for big time there). Guess that means Ambrose/Reigns eventually find a third - though there aren't any obvious members that I can see.

Call me crazy, but I absolutely loved the New Day match. Coming out with Xavier Woods playing the trombone to their rendition of Sinatra's "New York, New York". Then playing "Taps" on the trombone during the finishing move. Priceless. I was rolling. Funniest thing I've seen on Raw in a while (but I don't watch much anymore). Now that the Rosebuds are gone, I think this is my favorite gimmick.
