2015 Brewer bobbleheads and other all-fan giveaways (Updated 1/12/15 with t-shirt designs)

hofcs

Shall we start guessing who we will get next year?

My Guesses:

1. Wily Peralta

2. Matt Garza

3. Jonathon Broxton

4. Khris Davis

5. Jonathon Lucroy Doubles Record

6. Sausage

7. Bud Selig

8.

9.

10.

While I would love some old guys, the number of unsold seats for the Kuenn, Oglivie and Gorman bobbles from 2013 makes me think they may be hesitant to go that route.

Of course they will pick up some new guys too.........

I would love to see them do a Star Wars day like many clubs do, and make a bobble out it...........

I'm going out on a limb and guessing you meant to say "2015" bobbleheads. :)

For the most part, your guesses all seem plausible. I would not mind seeing a Mike Fiers bobble, if only to see how they replicate his perma-stubble.

I'm open to players from the past, though one could argue they've picked over the 1982 bones enough. Rob Deer in bobble form would be spectacular for me.

I'm only not convinced that all ten of the "all-fan giveaway" dates will feature bobbles; but as we know, that's happened before, and time will tell.

Called that! Well, more like my hope was coincidentally fulfilled.

Here's hoping the bobble Rob is sporting a 1987 mullet. :)

Bobble no. 2, announced Monday evening, is Big Wily Peralta, with an April 26 giveaway date:

So there are at least two all-fan giveaways that will please me in 2015. Not that I expect that to be the Brewers' goal. :)

The third one, whose clues are being posted on Brewers' social media as I write this, looks suspiciously (but not surprisingly) Hank-esque. Time will tell.

Edited: Yup. A Mother's Day BobbleHank on May 10. I guess that is what it is.

Moving on, the May 31 giveaway is a Bud Selig bobblehead:

The June 14 bobblehead is of Carlos Gomez in a 2014 All-Star uniform:

Yup, Matt Garza in gnome form on August 2. I'd hoped to find a Garza image that looked gnomish, but decided on this one:

Friday morning's clues so far are "Milwaukee native" and "Former Milwaukee catcher."

So it's Uecker. August 9, bobblehead.

Yeah, it probably won't be that pose. ;)

The August 16 giveaway is a bobblehead commemorating Jonathan Lucroy's doubles record:

On August 30, the Vintage Brewer bobble makes a return visit, clad presumably in retro duds this time:

On September 20, you Scooter Gennett fans and gnome fans can look forward to a giveaway combining the two:

That mug shot makes him look just extra impish, am I right?

Fans will get to vote on the October 4 giveaway item:

So that takes care of the home Sundays of 2015.

This is one I'm excited about. I think it's been something like 10 years since the team has put out a regular sized Molitor bobble.

Also pretty cool that Selig is finally getting a bobble. Well deserved.

I would think the Brewers would be doing one of the Retro bobbles in a non-Caucasian version.

It looks like a lot of thought went into these. I like the timing of the Molitor and Deer bobbles. I like the Bud Selig one. I'd love to see them do one of Al Simmons, or one representing the 1901 AL Brewers. Hugh Duffy is a Hall of Famer, and he was a regular on that team. They could probably do a Bruce Froemming bobble. . .I like the more obscure things, though admittedly, those don't promote the current roster, or fill the stadium.

Is Hank the Dog still something the team hopes to trot out and celebrate in 2015?

Yes. My friend works for a company that creates mascots for teams all over the country. Last season he created the Hank mascot that will be regularly seen in 2015. They already debuted it at Hank bobblehead day, but by MLB policy new mascots can only make one appearance if it is created during the season, that's why you didn't see it roaming around after that.

Interesting, we saw him at that game and was wondering why the mascot didn't show up the rest of the year. Makes sense as I do recall the same thing happening to the Chorizo a number of years ago.
