That was an awesome game seven. I really feel for the Royals though. They had no chance against Bumgarner. He dominated them.

The Royals will be a factor for a while. This may have been their best chance though. You never take a World Series appearance for granted since it so hard to do.

Too many Royals continuing to swing at that high strikes from MB. Too bad the Royals couldn't pull it out.

 

If Alex Gordon never would've slowed down, I think he could have scored on that final hit of the game. When you're having NO luck against the pitcher, don't you want to be aggressive there and maybe send him?

 

I know you would never hear the end of it if he was thrown out at home, so I guess I answered my own question there. I just really think he could've made it... but there was no way to know that ball was going to play the way that it did out there.
