Jim Callis lists the top performer in the AFL / how the top prospect for each club did, for all 30 teams (LINK)

BREWERS

Best Performance: Left-handed reliever Michael Strong recorded a 1.98 ERA, two saves and 14 strikeouts in 13 2/3 innings. He isn't especially physical at 6 feet and 195 pounds, but he can run his fastball up to 94 mph and backs it up with a hard curveball.

Best Prospect: Outfielder Tyrone Taylor posted a .271/.315/.306 slash line and was the AFL's toughest player to strike out, with one whiff every 13.3 plate appearances. His biggest assets are his speed, center-field defense and line-drive hitting.

How is it possible that Callis sees Taylor's slash line and tough player to strike out and place him as Brewers best prospect after the AFL showing Arcia is having? I don't get it. Again watching the Moore video of Taylor at the plate, I don't see it. All I see is a guy swinging for contact with no power to show due to it. .271BA .306Slg. There just isn't any drive in that swing, compared to Arcia's which looks flawless from the side view.

I really could see Arcia making the Brewers 25man before the end of 2015 season especially if Segura doesn't get himself above a .700OPS this season. Arcia belongs in not only a top 100 prospect rankings but I believe could be deserving of a top 50 ranking. I don't get what is possibly the knock on him to keep him ranked out of the top 100? or top 50?
