I don't feel like laughing. I feel like crying. I know that's sad and I shouldn't care this much....but I do.

The season is literally crumbling to pieces right in front of us. It's just frustrating and heartbreaking to watch. This is more than just a rough patch. Losing 10 of 11 and swept in 4 by a horrible Phillies team is just bad baseball. It's like they morphed into the worst team in MLB over night. The entire offense went into a slump. The pitching's been awful. We've found ways to lose games.

It's just a game and I'm just a fan and maybe I care too much, but this is making me want to cry a lot more than laugh.

I do get it, except I just get angry and then stop investing the time. Nothing feels more wasteful than 3 hours watching a team that looks incapable of winning. That's what this has been like for the slide. Not just losing, but looking like they don't know how to win.

You may run like Mays...

We are up over 90 games now. Cant the brewers invent an injury to Wei-Chung Wang and put him on the dl?

I'm almost positive someone asks this in like every other game thread. I'm pretty sure if they were going to do this, they'd have done it by now.

where's that crazy guy that says all the positive things and acts like he has ESP?

certainly not coming around and spouting silliness during a 1-10 stretch.

Don't count on it. Read yesterday's IGT.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

I apologize Iam not here everyday. Why wouldn't the brewers do that though? Its just stupid in my opinion to still have him on the roster when they have that option now to put him on the DL.

Apparently MLB is strict about checking out bogus injuries when it comes to Rule 5 guys. There are certain things that aren't diagnostically provable, but the Brewers probably don't want bad mojo.

I was wondering about this. I wouldn't be surprised if every team is warned that injuries for Rule 5 guys will be really scrutinized. Otherwise, you'd think it would happen all the time.

I'm sorry.... I really didn't mean for my post to have such a critical tone, but there are (literally) suggestions here *every day* that Wang should fake a 'sore arm' or 'tired arm' or 'blister on his finger' or some other minor malady that would put him down for a while. It's a running litany that just doesn't end, and it's like I said.......if the Brewers were going to do it, or thought they could pull it off, I'm sure they'd have done it by now.
