Just watched the Tigers come back from being down 5-0 to the Dodgers. 5-5 now.

Yeah, Davey.. he's tough to listen to.

You would think putting a person who is unable to speak would only be used on a comedy show.

That's been a FSWisconsin hiring tactic for several years.

If you weren't a Brewers fan, do you think you'd feel different about this team? How so? I think they'd be hard to cheer for, or maybe just easy to ignore.

Living in Arizona there is obviously alot of animosity towards the Brewers and pretty much all that gets discussed about them is how Braun should be banned, etc.

Please dont bother setting the table Carlos. Swing for the 12 run home run right away

Do we really need this narrative when he went into a 3-1 count and grounded out sharply to 2nd? The expectations for some of our guys is ridiculous.

I don't think they'd be hard to cheer for, but yeah, easy to ignore is probably accurate. Despite having four All-Stars plus Ryan Braun, there aren't really big names on the team. We have a big personality in Carlos Gomez, but because he's on the Brewers, the only time his personality gets attention is when it's for something negative. Plus, he's Latino, so that's a strike against him in the casual fan's eye.

Being in Milwaukee doesn't help. I mean, look at Pittsburgh. They have Cutch, who everyone loves, but their 15 minutes of fame is basically done.

Considering the secret to his success has basically been throwing caution to the wind and creating gusts of wind with his swing, I'm fine with him going for the gusto every time up. When he was asked to be a be a table setter, he was no good.

Yes, people here in AZ seem to forget all about Matt Williams, Jose Guillen, Jason Grimsley and Luis Gonzalez. Now they applaud Tony LaRussa who was the BIGGEST steroid enabler of all time...
