2014-06-20 Brewers (Estrada) at Rockies (Bergman), 7:40 PM CDT [Brewers win classic Coors slugfest, 13-10]

Please don't put him out for the bottom of the eighth. Ron would do that just to spite me. :laughing

I keep hearing Colorado fans say how great their offense is. Look where they play? It seems not to register with them at all, even after you point out their splits.

Kinztler has been terrible, I don't understand why he is in Milwaukee right now

Roenicke has the strangest confidence in him. I have my breath held every time he goes out.

It's because he was good last year, RRR now just views him in that light

Oh man please don't blow this game. These are the types of losses that can blow a whole series.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Blah blah blah, Tulowitzki.

I'm so tired of hearing how great he is.

Troy Tulowitzki at Coors Field in 2014: .477 AVG, 1.422 OPS

Troy Tulowitzki at all the other stadiums in 2014: .252 AVG, .820 OPS

Well, even .820 is a great OPS for a SS.

But the extreme split is why I'm skeptical of a guy like Morneau being our solution at 1st.

Kintzler is sort of like the new version of Kameron Loe. Deceivingly decent stats, but fails the eye test every time.

Exactly. He's exceedingly mediocre, but all you hear is how absolutely terrible he is. His ERA is just over 3. His FIP is 4 1/2. He's certainly not good, but he's not 'terrible' either.

Man, Will Smith has ice in his veins.

Let's get another run or two now, please!

The roller coaster of Weeks' 2014 season at the plate: .188 BA on 4/30, .365 on 5/15, .320 on 5/30, now down to .269 on 6/20. Too bad we couldn't / didn't sell in late May.

Nice! There you go, Ryan! Just take what they give you.

3 hits and 2 big RBIs his last two at bats.

Need a big insurance run? Call the law firm of Ryan and Ryan.

He's below replacement level and has a K/BB rate of 1.63. That is terrible for a short inning reliever.
