Ryan Ludwick is so awkward in everything he does. I would've loved to have seen him as a teenager.

Here he is (he's the one on the left):

Hell of a play by Jay Bruce.

Makes it easier when Gomez is almost half way to 3rd base, then has to come all the way back to 1B...

These base running mistakes are ridiculous. As good as Gomez is, he certainly makes his share of mistakes on the base paths...

What do you do with Estrada? I'm not sure I want a homer happy pitcher in the bullpen either. Can be be optioned to AAA for depth?

His current pace based on playing the full season and games played would be about 54 for the entire season. I'm not sure what is more impressive about that the fact he'd break the record while pitching in the NL, or the Blyleven set the bar at 50 back in 1986 aka the last time offense was generally this low. At least Lima's NL record 48 was set in 2000.

Got to be the last straw to go with Nelson or Fiers...or even Mills, given it's an opt-out day for him. The home run issue is just absurd at this point.

Luuuuuuc...got a chance for the offense to still take this series.

Keep in mind Blyblevnerener set the record of giving up 50 while throwing 271 (IIRC) innings. Marco is on pace to throw less than 200 innings.

Can't trade him, that ship has sailed...

AAA seems like a fine idea, as long as he isn't on the big club, who cares at this point. It is seeming impossible to win with him on the mound unless we have tremendous offense on the days he pitches.

I no longer care what we do with him, just get him out of the rotation, and only pitch him out of the bullpen in mop up situations...Oh wait, we already have a guy like that in Wang.

:(

PS I love Khris Davis!
