2014-06-12 Brewers (Lohse) at Mets (Niese), 6:10 PM CDT [Brewers win, 5-1, 13 innings]

This game doesn't look good for the Brewers..... Could be looking at a 15 innner.
Robin Yount - “But what I'd really like to tell you is I never dreamed of being in the Hall of Fame. Standing here with all these great players was beyond any of my dreams.”

MetsFan.net: "We've got to be one of the worst teams in the league at scoring runs with a man on third with less than two outs."

"So pathetic."

"Lost opportunities like that are going to come back to haunt us."

Shortest rain delay ever!

I tuned out in the bottom of the 9th & then came back with the top of the 11th in progress. The Mets' announcer said something about Germen getting a strike out before the delay & then after the delay when he struck out Gomez. I read somewhere a couple weeks ago (whenever the Kershaw @ Phi game went to a rain delay) that when an umpire calls for a rain delay that it has to last for a minimum of 30 minutes. Just curious, because of what I read, how long was the delay tonight?

About 2 minutes, sent the teams to the dugouts but no tarps rolled out. Don't know if it would actually count as a rain delay. Are you sure the 30 minutes wasn't for lightning?
