2014-06-02 Brewers (Estrada) at Twins (Nolasco), 7:10 PM CDT [Brewers lose, 6-4; Ramirez returns, batting 5th... hits 3-R HR]

Most years I would say Estrada is a serviceable #5, but if the Brewers truly plan to contend this year I think they need to make a move for an arm

They already have one. Jimmy Nelson.

Exactly! Would love to see him up again. Keep Marco for long relief i guess. Not sure who I'd send down tho

Yes!! Someone with DVR please go back and slo-mo that and confirm or deny that we are losing our minds here, but I think that was foul!

Go back and try to pause it right as the ball passes by the foul pole (about 7 seconds in). It clearly passes in front. This is clearly a foul ball and should have been 3 runs off the board for the Twins, and no one is talking about it.

I too thought it passed in front of the pole

Best I could do on the PC replay without slow mo and no HD..... sure looks like it is in front of the pole there.

I took a look and paused it when the ball passed the pole - Couldn't see the ball

Even blew up the image 400% and still couldn't see the ball. Pretty sure it went behind the pole.

Fangraphs runs a monthly feature, wildest swings of the month. I have a feeling that swing by Segura is going to win it for June since the ball ended up ankel level and in the LH batter's box.

The guys are swinging tonight like they've never seen a curve ball before.
