I'm watching tape-delay, just got through the pre-game and reached the start of the game. They really have the roof closed tonight? My lord, it's a gorgeous evening. What a joke.

 

After last night, I cannot blame them.

I there were tons of complaints, because of the wind, I was in the LF bleachers and it was probably a 40 degree windchill with the roof open.

My buddies in the upper deck, behind home plate, said there was no wind where they were.

I was a little surprised the roof was open Friday night, mainly because it was cooler in Madison when we left (which usually means cooler yet in MP). I was mostly OK in the terrace box, but I'm not surprised by Baldkin's experience. We speculated on our way in that it might have been too windy to move the roof panels.
