Yeah and that's going to be a problem with multiple delays. He's not going to be able to pitch, sit for an hour, pitch again, etc. Ideally it gets rained out before anything ever happens...or no delays at all.

This line-up is going to be pretty bad... It's a RRR Sunday special on a weeknight.

yikes

Maybe Wang gets to pitch an inning tonight...

With the injuries and a bullpen getting a lot of innings, a rainout would be a huge plus. Give Braun, Segura and Ramirez another day off. Let the bullpen rest. Get Schafer one day closer to returning. I really want rain...

Gennett batting third? Is that for real? Wow...

Doesn't look like the rain's going to happen during the scheduled timeframe for the game, but that could change. I agree that the best scenario would be a washout that gives everyone another day to rest and heal. Lohse needs to be efficient and get them deep in the game, for sure. If he struggles and the Brewers are down a few, I really hope RR caves and the 1st arm out of the pen is Wang...even if it leads to the game getting out of hand, it actually feels more important to give most of the pen a night off than fighting for a win after last night.

And no Lucroy either? I understand needing a day after catching 12 innings (and hope it is only that), but yikes that is a weak lineup. If Lohse pulls out a 9 inning shutout, they have a chance.

Lucroy has also caught for about a week straight.

This lineup is worse than even the Counsellnino ones of yesteryear.

Based on who he has available, it's pretty much the only lineup RR can put out there so I'm not going to place blame on him. Lucroy needs the night off and everyone else on the bench can't play aside from Weeks, and Lynn is a RH starter.

Oh...my...god. This lineup is scary:

1. Gomez

2. Herrera

3. Gennett

4. Davis

5. Overbay

6. Reynolds

7. Bianchi

8. Maldonado

Praying to not get no hit tonight.

I want Gomez to get ejected in the first inning, just to see what would happen. (Maybe I'm a masochist)

I still think that is better than the early 2000's. Some of those teams you knew had no chance; at least here we have some guys with power and some capability.

Just try to scratch out a couple runs and hope for the best. I am very happy we won last night because everyone knew this lineup was coming. No team can throw a good line up when 4 of your top 5 players aren't in there.

That is a lot of speed at the top which I suppose is nice.
