Former Cub vs former Brewer. Villanueva has been pretty terrible in his last 2 starts, so it might be a good opportunity for Garza to get his first win.

We will sweep them out of Milwaukee. Reds will get swept by the Braves, and the Card will sweep the Pirates, then we will win the series Vs the Cards later on and have a 7.5 game lead on division. I have it all figured out already.

This at bat is the exact reason why Scooter should bat 2nd, error withstanding. 7 pitches and contact. Gives GoGo a chance to run, makes Carlos Villa throw some pitches.. puts the bat on the ball. Nothing against Jean, but he would have swung at one of the first 2 pitches.

I like your plan. I'd be really happy with 2 out of 3, and this is the best pitching matchup in favor of the Brewers. Tomorrow we have Travis Wood vs. Estrada, and on Sunday it's Jason Hammel vs. Peralta.

It will be a sweep.

close, not sure if enough to overturn.

More like close, but clearly safe. I mean, not a question.

From watching the umps, it looks like the delay might have to do with audio/communication problems.

as soon as davis learns to stay on those hanging breaking balls he will go from average to all star level. Gotta be able to drive that pitch.
