That last pitch was a strike and the pitch before that was borderline. Umps suck.

I completely agree. An odd strike zone to say the least. Garza doesn't seem comfortable at all, and the strike zone not being consistent isn't helping matters.

This should be a fun team to watch all season long... If only we had a real 1B. I am going to find it hard to stomach the Ks from that position. The guy is a BIG WIFFA!

This should be our everyday lineup in my opinion.

Agreed.

Oh, thank God. The MLB.tv issues appear to be resolved.

Full 1080p. I am in freaking heaven over here! (imagine that sounding like a Milwaukee-born Brewer fan, living in Texas, trying to sound like somebody from Jersey). :laughing

2014: the year that Jonathan Lucroy breaks through, and finally gets the All Star nod he deserves.

any way for an out of state brewers fan to see the game or hear the radio feed?

Well you can buy MLB.tv or the audio, or do some hunting on the Internet...

All my usual go to sites don't have baseball links. I miss hearing Uecker call games. I'll look into the MLB audio thing.

It's $20 for audio only. Great deal. Careful, though, if you want audio on your phone, I believe you'll want to purchase MLB At-Bat instead.

I've concluded that MLB must keep Angel Hernandez around for shock value. It can't possibly be because of his skills (lack thereof) as an MLB umpire. He is awful, just awful.

He can't be as bad as C.B. Bucknor. Bucknor makes a terrible call and then stands there with that "I just took a dump in my pants" grin on his face.

Mark Reynolds with a walk AND a steal?

Just how strong were the drugs my anesthesiologist gave me this morning? :laughing

Wow, and a beautiful bunt by Gennett! Close play, but I do think he's out.

Well that was unlucky. He was definitely out, but the ball hit Gennett and somehow wound up in the glove. Amazingly lucky that he caught it and lucky that the ball didn't roll away or all the way down the line to let the run score and allow Gennett to reach base.

Either way, great bunt. Now we need to get him in...not exactly our strong suit.

First I kind of love having 3TO stud Reynolds batting in front of one of the most anti3TO guys around in Scooter.

Second Ron is milking steals out of all kinds of fund angles so far this year. I loved that about the early 90's Brewers.

Can RRR resist the squeeze?

I was thinking the same thing...good thing Ryan Howard is a horrible first basemen. Would have been a tough play for him to actually get an out at home though, running towards first base like that. I fail to see how that's an error though, he barely even touched the ball, it was out of his reach. Let's tack on a couple more now!!!
