The Milwaukee Brewers get their fourth crack tonight at St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Shelby Miller, who has bedeviled them all season.

Miller comes into tonight's game at Miller Park with a 3-0 record and 1.47 ERA with 25 strikeouts in his previous three starts against the Brewers this season.

Jean Segura (hamstring) and Khris Davis (wrist) both remain out of the lineup for the Brewers.

Hellweg is just really bad...not sure why he keeps getting starts over Nelson.....

4 HBP in his last 2 starts, including 1 against each opposing pitcher.

Still has more total walks and HBP than IP.

Is that the definition of "poor command"?

This has been one of the more entertaining games of the season. I'm torn between my hatred of the Cards and my love of high draft picks. I'd be ok with sweeping the Cards and losing the rest of the season.

Yuni is still terrible at playing baseball.

I just want to point out that in a 1 run game, arguably our 4th best hitter available did not get an AB.

We also had Yuni B and Jeff Bianchi up with the game on the line.

Are you talking about Davis? I guess we don't know what the status of his wrist injury his.

Even though they may say on TV that he is available to pinch hit, he might not be able to swing without aggravating the injury. But, there's no reason to let the other team know that he can't or wont be used.

Bianchi got a double to trigger the rally in the 9th and Yuni followed by whistling one right at the SS so it's hard to complain too much about them getting ABs with no more infielders available.

Halton batting 7th in a lineup that includes Bianchi, Betancourt and a pitcher. You could make a legitimate case that Gallardo should bat 7th with that group of players.

BA and Rock are getting on the Cards for throwing seeds during the sausage race. Definitely comments made about the Cards being the keepers of the moral code and being classy. Awesome stuff. Anyone catch it?
