I was there for game 3, and yes the BC was rocking at times. I'm still really dissapointed in the crowd in the lower section though. Just watch games in other cities (OKC, Portland, Utah, etc.) Those fans are on their feet for much of the game, screaming.... At the BC the crowd goes silent for long stretches, even when it's the "right" time to get loud, like when a defensive stop is needed. So yea, the BC crowd stepped it up from the regular season, but nowehere near what a playoff crowd should be like.

As far as the actual basketball is concerned, this series shows you what coaching can do.

This is the first year in a while that I've gotten excited about watching the playoffs. My 2 favorite teams, the Bucks and the Spurs are looking good and playing exciting ball! I don't know what I'd do if both somehow made it to the championship! That said, it's much more likely that the Spurs would make it, and if they win, I can go to the River parade! That would be a blast!

What stat guru out there has the probability of coming back to win a playoff series after going down 0-2, or the actual percentage of which it has happened in the NBA?

Because the NBA is so talent lopsided any stat like that is going to be meaningless. IE a 1 seed is usually so much better than an 8 seed that when the 8 seed goes down 2-0 they have no shot. The Hawks are likely better than the Bucks without Bogut but the talent differences isn't a 1-8 thing.

As great as this has been, it's tough not to get frustrated because they'd have most likely won the series with Bogut. Still, the fact the Bucks are playing right with a team so much more athletic than them is a testament to how good a job Hammond/Skiles have done.

I think his Bucks playing days are done one way or the other. Let's move on to talking about decent players.

How much will Salmons get on the open market and should we pay it? I go back and forth on cost and really can't come up with a figure I believe in.

Why is Redd never at any of these games? He'll be back on the roster next year, how can he possibly face these guys that he hasn't been supporting?

Who cares where he is? He's done, he's not coming back and even if he was okay to play (with how bad he looked after one ACL surgery, imagine how bad he would look after a second one) there's no way Hammond and Skiles would even allow him to play in a game after they saw how much the offense stagnates when he's on the court.

If he can't come back, that's cool. Expiring contract 80% covered by insurance. If he can come back, he'll be T-Mac'd.

Gave me a good laugh yesterday.

As for Salmons, it's a shame he's gonna opt out (he'd be crazy not to). Maybe the Bucks can offer him a 2-3/yr backloaded deal to keep him. Something like 3/24 -- 6/8/10 maybe?? I honestly don't know what he'll get as a FA.

I'll admit to only the barest interest in the NBA, but that video of Bango is terrific. It made me laugh after getting home from Tuesday's Brewer game, and that's saying something. I love Bango, and it only made the video funnier that every Hawks fan in it is wearing the same #15 jersey.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Game 5 tonight in Atlanta at 7.. Hopefully the Bucks can keep up their stellar play and steal one on the road. I think its going to be a very physical game, and its going to take a really good shooting night to make it happen. Go Bucks!!

Was Marc Davis the guy who hated George Karl so much? Bavetta is a known "NBA guy."

Edit - As I watch Bavetta call a block on Delfino a step and a half before contact, show it up, and then blow the whistle. And One...... Gotta love NBA officials.....

One other observation as I watch this game.......Atlanta's fans are pretty quiet most of the time. I thought that place would be nuts after seeing their team lose two in a row to the Bucks.....but that really has not been the case so far.

Just heard this on the radio:

Only 2 rookies are starting in the playoffs. 1 is Brandon Jennings, the other is Wesley Matthews.... undrafted out of Marquette.
