the overal quality of my fielder is horrible. blue paint all over his left leg and the fielder on the front starts in the the middle and runs off the edge...not too happy http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/mad.gif

I agree that the craftsmanship is not stellar. On the bobble I've opened so far, the inside surface of one of Prince's legs appears to have been "smoothed" by someone's finger.

I think they did a nice job with his face, though. I would like to see someone identify the tattoo on his neck and draw it on their bobble. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

The bat would be pretty easy to fix. Use a good glue like Gorilla glue, when it dries use a real fine grit sand paper and then get some brown acrylic paint. Its real easy to do. Walmart sells a pack with every color for $6-$7.

The mini Molitors have serious bat issues, mainly because only one of my three actually fits in the hole.

If anyone has a hook up on a bat or two from the Carlos Lee bobbles (I'm still down 2 of those), I'd be very interested.

that is because the Brewers use BD&A to manufacture their bobbles, BD&A is cheap both financially and quality wise, that being said my bobbles were fine, but with BD&A you will always get bad paint jobs and cocky springs, they should use AGP...to manufacture, or destroyer

but my Fielders were fine...

My fielder was fine until I tried to screw in the bat and the nut came out. I then was unscrewing the nut from my bat when it snapped in half.

The quality is ok on mine except for a odd smoothed out surface in between his legs that is a lighter shade than other gritty dirt surface otherthan that I am fine with it no other paint problems.

My Bill Hall pink bat though makes up for the poor craftsmenship of the bobble http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

My complaint is that the blue on the current uni Fielder bobblehead is different than all the other ones from years past.

And yes, when you screw in the bat, the nut will come out. I've seen two bats screwed in and two loose nuts. Very bad job there.
