I can understand the road losses against good teams, but the Twins aren't even that good. I don't care what anyone says. They two good players and a bunch of Craig Counsellesque crap and Rube Baker pitching. We should be winning this game 11-2.

well K-OUTnsell and Crappinino are just plain horrible.... No one can hit with men on, we just got beaten by a no name pitcher again, poor defense and just plain bad luck...

I can see the brewers going on a big slide soon if they can't figure something out.... this team isn't playing good baseball and changes must be made

yup, i'm pretty pissed right now...and i'm real worried that the Astros will catch us by next sat.

Oh, stop it. What, do you expect the team to win every game???

We are still 25-12. Stop complaining...

We are still 25-13. And it's May. We're ahead of where we figured...

We are still 25-14. No big deal...

We are still 25-15. 10 games over .500...

We are still 26-17. Nothing to worry about. This team is still great! We've scored 18 runs in the past 7 games, and the only way we can score is with solo homeruns. Counsell and Graffanino are both starting every game, but we're definitely going to win the division easily. Stop complaining...

The Brewers are reaping what Melvin sowed.

He chose (I believe with MA in his ear) to spend a lot money on aging expensive vets to fill the bench.

That has left them with very little roster flexibilty. Normally when a team struggles, they make a roster move or two to shake things up. Now one of those vets is below the Mendoza line, another just above it. But we're stuck with them.

We need a healthy Rickie and Ryan Braun in the lineup if we are going to be good enough to win the division. Im sorry but Counsell and Graffannino are both automatic outs and when both are in the linup we are guaranteed one third of the lineup to be beyond inept. These two will destroy the team if they are not replaced soon.

Counsell and Graffanino are automatic outs. Man, I can't stand to see both of these guys in the everyday line-up.

Yes indeed it is reminding way too many of us of the 2nd half of '06. Scary. The rest of the team needs to step up and make a difference between now and the time when Weeks and/or Braun are available and 100%. And if Braun and Weeks aren't able to get healthy quickly, Bill Hall needs to get moved to the Infield. Corey Hart or Gabe Gross or Tony Gwynn are all better options in the lineup than Counsell and Graffanino. It will be infuriating if the Brewers just stubbornly keep Bill Hall in Center and trot out Graffy and Counsell every night.

Either that or Melvin needs to make a move and bring in somebody

This brewers team is reverting to the older brewer teams losing to no name pitchers.

They can not hit in clutch sisuations and the Starting pitching has been poor except for sheets recently.

It has been a test in may playing on the road and so far it been a failure and losing the 1st 2 to the slumping twins makes matters even worse

Twins fans tonight. Too many of them and they were too loud.

A few years back a friend of mine from college who was from Boston came from out there to vist and we attended a Brew Crew game that just happened to be against the Twins. He couldn't believe how badly Brewers fans let the Twins fans run roughshod in our own park: "These guys would've gotten run out of Fenway on a rail!"

It really is embarassing, and the idea of "Well, we took their money so there!" is even more so.

Slide soon?? Dude, watching the Crew from 1993 to current, the slide has already begun. Bernie is having a wonderful time as far as I can see. The Crew is doing the bottomless dive. lol!!

Brewers, Brewers turning up??? down the heat!! Milwaukee Brewers. (sing it over and over) http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif

We cant possibly let this go on much longer. It will be very difficult to win on a consistent basis with these two in the liuneup everyday. I cant believe that we are actually paying these two 3 million a yr to ground out every at bat. Please Rickie get well soon and lets get Braun up here as well. Watching counsell and graffanino is just too depressing.

Graffy

Counsell

Gwynn

All in a row.

It's getting ugly, I agree. The Brewers are starting to look like an old timey team where a pitcher only has to worry about a couple guys and can otherwise throw BP because the bottom of the order won't do anything but groundout or, occasionally, get a single.
