What's bugging you? (2007)

splitterpfj
Ouch. I think you win. There's always someone worse off than you though. Just think, there's probably someone out there who has to listen to "Hollaback Girl" all day...

And that person will probably never forget how to spell "bananas"

There is now no way to forget...

I quit a job once only because they played Top-40 music on the speakers all day. Best decision ever.

It bugs me that it only costs a fast-food place $0.10 for a cup and your soda, yet they still fill the entire thing with ice--$1.25 for a soda and you get about a cup's worth.

It bugs me that Arby's has become too expensive to eat at.

People who correct your grammer mid-sentence bug me.

I worked at a Cousins Subs a few summers ago, and during orientation I was told to fill the cup 1/2 full of ice. I never really did because it's a joke, but the head manager saw I didn't once, and called me into her office to tell me the rule again, it's ridculous.

this is why i get everything with no ice. The only problem is that all foutain soda is mixed thicker to take into account the melted ice.

yeah, got me. I spend all day at work having to concern myself with what should be a semicolon and what should be a comma, so i drop all that when it's not work-related. So for me, saying and writing everything exactly right all the time is like taking my work home with me.

one acquaintence of mine corrects everyone like that. i always tell her "i know. if i was concerned with saying it correct, i would have. I do it for a living, remember?" Of course then I turn the tables and tell her about contextual grammar, meaning she's actually wrong for correcting me.

Hearing the lame joke repeated about "If the Brewers and Devil Rays or Royals were using steroids, they should ask for their money back." Or, "They must have gotten the small market steroids." Boooring, Boooring, Boooring...

In the Christmas song "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year," there's a line that bugs me:

"There'll be scary ghost stories and tales of the glories of Christmases long, long ago."

Come on. Who tells scary ghost stories at Christmas?!

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Brian Westbrook's decision to sit at the 1-yard line instead of score a TD just cost me a fantasy win. Thankfully, I clinched a spot in our playoffs so it's not going to kill my season or anything, but I'm still a little miffed.

it also cost me a win. However, I'm in the playoffs as a number 1 seed and will be out right away. So very upset with that
