Ambitious bike thieves. I work at a university and my locked up bike was stolen sometime between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. - from in front of the library. Seriously, what self-respecting bike thief gets up that early?

finding dead roaches in my new apartment. one night hiking i woke up twice to a mouse on my forehead and wasn't phased, but roaches i'm genuinely grossed out by.

i wonder what power a renter has to force the landlord to call Orkin.

The fact that Mercury Marine might be taking its 1,900 jobs and moving to Stillwater, OK is bugging me quite a bit. I don't work there but I know a lot of people that do. Not to mention the residual effects if a city of roughly 40,000 loses 1,900 pretty high paying jobs. Unemployment would probably leave Janesville in the dust

How it seems like interviews with special guests (ie Obama) or players always happened when Brewers were participating in All-Star game festivities. During Prince's derby at bat Pujols is interviewed, the event took forever could they not have waited a little while and found some time for that. And then Obama was in the booth during Braun's first at bat. He had very little to add to baseball and I would not have cared but it made Braun's first at bat an after thought.

Wait a second....let me get this straight...you woke up with a mouse on your head!...and you were not phased!? You sir are a man. I would have screamed like a little school girl and probably required several months of therapy before I could ever re-establish any type of normal sleep pattern.

User in-game thread post in 1st inning of 3rd game of the 2022 season: "This team stinks"

i was wearing a winter hat and the mouse was just chewing off some of the fuzz to make its nest. when it happened i was 5.5 months into a 6-month-long hike and mice are everywhere in and around the shelters at night, so every thru-hiker gets pretty used to them. typically you're asleep when they're crawling on you. maybe if it happened in my house that'd be another story.

now, when i woke up to a black bear at my tent, THAT'S when i freaked out.

(i have a great way of dissuading anyone from ever hiking, don't I?http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif)

got one that bugs me: When you're 99% sure who stole your laptop yet you don't have hard evidence to do anything about it.

Russell Branyan is likely to be held out of today's Seattle-Cleveland game, with a bad back. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif

As a fan who planned a trip to Cleveland around the opportunity to see him play, I'm devastated.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

Wipe away those tears, he's in the lineup today.

What's bugging me right now is my vehicle situation. So, the KIA Spectra got wrecked with about a year and a half remaining on the loan. Insurance is paying for the balance of the loan, and a few extra hundred bucks to us. The insurance company says they're waiting on paperwork from the lender, and the lender says they're waiting on paperwork from the insurance company, so it's basically a deadlock. I've basically had to coordinate things on my own between the car dealership, the insurance company, and the lender.

The most ridiculous thing is that the lender for the crashed car and the new car are the same. I thought that would make things EASIER... but I guess not. I've burned like a day and a half of vacation on this nonsense.

Yeah, I sat him in my fantasy league today, because of this, not realizing that he was going to start and then hit a 2 run HR! CURSE YOU!!!

Yeah, he delivered the full 3TO experience today. I suppose I should move this post to the what's not bugging you thread.

At least Russell took away the sting of watching the Brewers' fortunes slip on the out of town scoreboard.

ESPN Sports Nation

When reading a comment from an emailer with the user name "braun8brewers", the hostess credited the emailer as "Brown 8 Brewers" from Milwaukee. What a joke. This show essentially amounts to "Let's scour the internet for some stories today and then read them on the air over the course of the next hour. Just in case viewers get sick of hearing our voices, let's have them text their opinions to us and we'll pick some at random to share with the 20 people that are still watching the show after the first commercial."

As I typed the first paragraph, the hostess just asked her viewers go to the show's website and vote for their favorite pet. The choices were dog, cat, fish, and hampster. I am not making this up. I plan on watching the rest of the show just to see this train wreck burn.

As soon as I submitted my last post, the hostess just said that at one point, not only was Tony Romo the best high school football player in Wisconsin, but also, he was the best high school basketball player in the state.
