This is close to the worst I've ever seen our offense perform. To call it inept is putting it mildly.

Out last seven games:

July 31 @ Cubs, lost 6-1

August 2 vs Washington, lost 4-1

August 3 vs Washington, lost 3-0

August 4 vs Washington, won 8-5

August 5 vs San Francisco, lost 4-2

August 6 vs San Francisco, won 3-1

August 7 vs San Francisco, losing 1-0 through 7

We've scored 15 runs in these 7 games. 2.14 runs per game. Take away the 8 we scored on the 4th, we've scored 7 runs in the last 6 games. 1.17 runs per game.

Ugh, now Yuni is trying to bunt Khris Davis over? With the bottom of the lineup coming up?

Doh, now he cranks one to the left field wall. Wow. Can we score??

Oh good lord, Rickie Weeks just hurt himself running to first base...tripping over his bat.

He's having to be helped off the field. Looks like his knee. Hope he's ok.

I'm a big Bochy fan but he was waaay too slow with the hook for Bumgarner.

Agreed. I was saying the exact same thing (I'm starting Bumgarner on my fantasy team tonight).

Perfect, and Scooter Gennett was optioned to AAA, and left town today.

"Hi, Scooter. Welcome back. By the way, you're flying back to Milwaukee tonight".

Ugh.

'Stache good reverse jinx on the O. Can you post that Weeks is done for the year?

LOL, I'm starting to feel that way.

Let's see if this works:

I'm guessing that Rickie Weeks is done for the year.

Also..

I'm hoping that Kate Upton doesn't knock on my door in a bikini, with a hot tub-equipped limousine waiting out front.

:devil :laughing

Looked like a hammy to me.

It could be. I was going off of what Brian saw on replay, said it looked like his knee buckled. Hard to tell without being able to see the leg itself.

Ueck thought it was a hammy.

Good luck on the Kate Upton thing!

Thank you, though I won't hold my breath. Still, a guy can dream, right? ;)
