It would be nice if the Brewers had a pitcher like Matt Harvey. The guy has 2.16 ERA and 115 K's. The guy is killing it right now.

 

I think every team would probably appreciate a pitcher like that....

Okay with Bianchi back and Francisco on the team the fact that Yuni remains on the team is maddening. .233 OB after today's game. Of players with 150PA this season he is the 3rd worst behind Will Middlebrooks and Danny Espinosa(How is it even possible to have under .200 OB? I'd think you could leave the bat on your shoulders and the pitcher would walk you at almost once every 6 PAs!

But really, what is the point anymore? You never had him on your team for defensive purposes, it was strictly for occasional ability with the bat. We got it the first month of the season. They should have traded him/released him then!

Not a bad outing for the crew considering Figaro gave up a grand slam in the 1st. Taking 2 out of 3 from the Braves is good considering the season the Brewers have had thus far and how many of their best players are out with injury.

Hopefully Gomez isnt out of the lineup for very long.

I think Figaro needs to move back to the pen where he can be more productive.

For this stretch I was predicting a sweep of the Astros and 1 out of 3 against the Braves. Dropping 2 out of 3 to the Astros was terrible. However, they completely erased that by taking 2 out of 3 against the Braves. Now with the Cubs coming up the team can pick up 3 wins. Brewers could be under double digits after the Cubs series.
