Marlins just DFA'd their winning pitcher from yesterday. There are worse options as 5th starter material and obviously he's cheap. Maybe worth a 3 start trial while Narveson rehabs?

I imagine this happened in the Marlins front office...

 

Loria - "wait, you mean he went out and WON a game?"

Hill - "yeah, I mean, I am just as shocked as you are about this!"

Loria - "I wont stand for it. cut him. cut him now."

LeBlanc - "Aw jeez guys! C'mon! I didnt MEAN to win... I only pitched 1.2 innings!!!"

Loria - "tough cookies kid. you're costin' me MONEY"

I watched LeBlanc pitch several times with the Portland Beavers when I was living in Portland. Unless he's changed drastically in terms of ability, I wouldn't bother. Just not any better than what we already have (there's a reason he was DFA'd).
