Aaron Hicks was the 14th overall pick in 2008, taken just two spots ahead of Brett Lawrie. Iirc there were reports of the Brewers being interested in Hicks heading into that draft. He hit well on his way up through the minors, and was Baseball America's #72 overall prospect heading into this season. In spite of his current .504 OPS, he's a player I'm sure the Twins are viewing as central to their future plans. Prior to his last three games, his OPS was actually at .712 for the month of May... albeit with a Yuni-esque .264 OBP/.448 SLG.

Also, Yuni this month? A .498 OPS (.353 over his past 16 games). Ladies & gentlemen -- your cleanup hitter, courtesy of crack(pot) skipper Ron Roenicke! If you wanted to find a way to lose to a club that's lost eleven of their last twelve, running a lineup like this out there would be a good start...

Well, with news of Braun and ARam still taking few days off for those knees. Yeah I guess this is what happens.

It would be great for Schafer to have a hit or two. This is pretty punchless lineup otherwise.

Well, name you cleanup with this lineup?

Personally I'd have gone Aoki,Bianchi,Gomez,Segura,Maldanado,Yuni,Schafer,Sea Bass, Peralta. Just how my Eye sees it fit best with this group.

Also, if you are sitting Lucroy,Braun, for all the struggles Weeks has had....Please just play Bianchi at 1b and Weeks at 2b! Why must we go with Alex Gonzalez?

What is the collective OB of Yuni/Alex,Schafer,Maldanado? anywhere near .270?

As long as Gonzalez is on this roster, RRR will find a way to get him playing time. Yuni has a lifetime membership as far as playing time is concerned in Milwaukee. His hot start cemented that forever.

Gonzalez = crap.

I really hope he is the odd man out once Hart returns.

I'm also sick of the announcers acting like he is the best defensive wizard since Ozzie Smith.

The guy is completely worthless.

What the hell is Gonzalez even looking at? At this point just let the guy go and bring up somebody who at leAst has his head in the game.

Losing is one thing.....just giving away runs because you aren't paying attention is quite another.
