2013-04-22 Brewers (Lohse) at Padres (Marquis), 9:10 PM CDT [Brewers win, 7-1; Lohse dislocates pinky]

Not sure if they've mentioned this on TV, but Ueck just added it, and here's a link:

Dislocated is probably good news. Though the photo going along with that link isn't exactly for the faint of heart.

Somebody asked a few pages back if Gamel hurt his knee at Petco. Yup.

Yuck, that picture looks pretty bad.

Hendo for the 9th? Damn, I wish I could have had him active tonight on my fantasy team. Can't use him until tomorrow.

Never mind, it's not a save situation.

Could someone with photoshop skills create a Yunibomber?

This is the best I could do without being able to find a larger profile picture of Yuni:

Hard to combine a drawing and a photo, and have it come out at all realistic looking. I used a layer mask with reduced opacity to try and blend in his picture with the glasses from the sketch.

Our bullpen has been just incredible during this winning streak. It took them a while to get going, but if they can at anywhere near this level going forward, there's no reason why we can't at least compete for a wild card once Corey and Aramis come back.

If we're at .500 when we get those guys back, we can really make a run. Nobody in the central is running away with it.

Wild card?? My sights are on the Division. Imagine this line-up with Ramirez and Hart and it's the best in baseball hands down. The bullpen is just lights out with three pitchers that can hit 97MPH, and perhaps another one on the way with Olmsted, not to mention an improving stable starting rotation. Wild card is an afterthought right now.

My sights are on the division, too. I'd rather win it outright, but I at least want to make the playoffs.

Well done, Stache. That will be my new profile picture.

Thanks :) My Photoshopping skills are a little rusty.

This is going to be a team that flies under the radar most of the season. That is cool with me. A lot of people are going to be surprised when this team is fighting for a division title in September. I read a lot of predictions that had us finishing either 3rd or 4th. Don't count out the Brewers. This is a team that could have won over 90 games last year if the bullpen had been at least average. The team is hitting right now without Aramis and Hart. I can't wait until those 2 come back. Our bullpen is getting the job done and our rotation is doing good. Gallardo will settle down, he is usually a slow starter. Lohse has been awesome, Peralta has been ok, Estrada has a done good job, Burgos looked good in his debut. I like this team.
