Boycott continues

Are you doing this boycott because of Weeks batting cleanup? If so, you are going to miss quite a few games. That's something that I'm just not capable of doing.

Yuni at 1B. There is no reason to start Yuni at 1B. It is asinine.

Are you sure about that? 100%?

I have to fully admit that Doug Melvin (Mark Attanasio) made an excellent decision by going after Kyle Lohse. He is better than Gallardo.

His command certainly is better than YO, as i posted above. Lohse is almost always ahead in the count and rarely leaves pitches over the heart of the plate, instead he owns the corners. I've been very impressed so far and can see why he was so good the last two years.

100% His whole approach is swing hard in case you hit it. The sun shines on every dog's ass once in a while.

Fan is short for fanatic.

I blame Wang.

Watching Lohse pitch so far in his three starts, i can see why he had so much success the last two years with the Cardinals. He doesn't throw above 91-92, but his command really is fabulous. Almost every fastball/sinker is on the corners be it outside or inside, and he has a plus changeup which he also commands well.

If Peralta had command like that, he'd win a CY Young award.

It is so refreshing to have a player who pounds the strike zone. I understand that he's in a groove right now and he will get hit hard occasionally, but at least he doesn't goof around and waste time out there. If he is 85% of what we've gotten thus far over the course of his contract, we got an absolute steal.

Brock Kjeldgaard was just compared to Russell Branyan on the FSN broadcast. Brock should immediately retire as this is the high point of his career.

The guy has more grand slams than Wade Boggs, Ty Cobb, Al Kaline and Ryan Braun.

But does he have more than Prince Fielder?

Did the Brewers call him up or something?

Was the play at second on Braun even close? Trying to follow online right now.

Sorta. If the throw wasn't perfect Braun would have been safe.

No. He's just playing well in AA.

I sure hope he is playing well as a 27 year old in AA.
