Good to see Segura back in the lineup. I hope he's back to 100%.

Peralta is one guy I genuinely get excited to tune in & watch pitch. Hoping he can keep his sinker down & just pound the zone tonight.

Travis Wood: 5 straight Quality Starts vs. the Brewers

Cubs Batters: 2.43 Runs/Game

Its cold and possibly rainy...

I'd say take the under (7.5)

"Two three the count with nobody on, he hit a high fly into the stands. Rounding third he was heading for home, it was a brown eyed handsome man. That won the game, he was a brown eyed handsome man."

Finally! My ideal top 4 hitters where they should be at this point in time.

Glad to see Segura is back in the lineup too.

Yuni at 1B?

When will this nightmare end?

I thought with the recent addition of a 3rd catcher (Lalli), we wouldn't have to see this crap anymore.

I don't get it either. I laughed when I saw him in the lineup. I thought the whole reason Lalli was recalled was to make way for Maldonado to play 1B the majority of the time. Guess not. That's RRR I guess. Can never predict what he'll do.

Given his speed, I don't mind Gomez trying to bunt. But I do hate that he's such an awful bunter that its basically giving the pitcher a free strike. I wish he were an adequate bunter just to have another tool
