Actually, according to Ben Badler, there are two that are linked to the Brewers.

I just read it a third time, I always double check, and somehow I did miss this:

• Franly Mallen, another shortstop who plays in the DPL, trains with Basilio Vizcaino (known as “Cachaza”) and has been connected to the Brewers. Mallen, 16, isn’t as polished of a game player as de Leon, but some scouts see projectable power from his 6-foot-1, 150-pound frame. He employs a big leg kick in his righthanded swing to generate power, but he’ll have to make adjustments to make more contact in games. Mallen has some athleticism but he’s also still a work in progress in the field, so he could end up at second or third base.

I still don't see the other and I only see 1 connected to the Rockies... maybe I'm just going crazy. He didn't connect all of the players to teams though.

These are the 2 not connected:

While Gudino and Torres were big-name prospects coming into the year, fewer teams at that time were on shortstop Yeyson Yrizarri, who was born in Venezuela but was raised in the Dominican Republic, where he trains with Javier Rodriguez and Rudy Santin and plays in the International Prospect League. Yrizarri, 16, is a nephew of former big league shortstop Deivi Cruz and the younger brother of 18-year-old righthander Deibi Yrizarri, who pitches for the Nationals in the Dominican Summer League.

Yrizarri, who is 6 feet, 175 pounds, has a short swing and teams who have him graded out high have seen him hit in games, although some teams did have question marks on his bat. He has an outstanding arm, but his average speed will probably slow down as he fills out his wide frame, so he might not have the quickness to stay at shortstop.

“He plays a controlled game with a really advanced approach,” said a second international director. “He goes up the middle with a really nice swing plane and makes a lot of hard contact. Does he stay at shortstop? If not, he’s probably an above-average glove at third base or second with plenty of bat.”

• Dominican shortstop Wander Franco is a nephew of Angels shortstop Erick Aybar and former major league infielder Willy Aybar. His older brother, also named Wander Franco, signed with the Royals in 2011 for $120,000 and hit .311/.431/.434 in 66 games in the Dominican Summer League last year. While his older brother trained with Juan Herrera (known as “Mon”), Franco is with Victor Baez and has performed well in games for some teams. At 6 feet, 180 pounds, the 16-year-old Franco is a switch-hitter who manages his at-bats well with a line-drive approach. In the field he has a quick transfer but he’s a fringy runner who probably fits better at second or third base.

Subscriber piece loaded with international news. I didn't see the Brewers linked to anyone.

The first article is the list with video, the second is the subscriber piece with the scouting reports. Of the 30, only 1 linked to the Brewers... which is a positive development compared to this point last year. The Cubs are linked to bunch of players including the top 2.

July 2 Top 30 International Prospects List

Top 30 International Prospects For July 2

20. Nicolas Pierre, of, Dominican Republic

Born: Nov. 3, 1995. Ht.: 6-3. Wt.: 170. B-T: R-R.

The International Prospect League has more high-profile prospects, including outfielder Eloy Jimenez, but among IPL players with chance to stay in the middle of the diamond, Pierre has separated himself from the pack.

Pierre, who trains with Nelson Montes de Oca, stands out for his athleticism, size and solid all-around package. He has a solid, level swing that results in hard line drives. Scouts saw a lot of contact from him in game situations and liked the improvement he showed as the year progressed. He has a wiry, athletic body with considerable room to add weight and develop more than his current gap power. He has a tick above-average speed and a good running stride, so he should maintain his speed even as he gets heavier. Pierre has an average arm and reads the ball well off the bat and shows the ability to track down balls in center field. Sources believe the Brewers have Pierre high on their preference list and are his most likely destination.

I will start a new thread tomorrow when the actual signings take place. The Brewers are linked to one player in the top 30.

Signing Predictions For Top 30 International Prospects

20. Nicolas Pierre, of, Dominican Republic: Eloy Jimenez, Rafael Devers, Luis Encarnacion and Yeyson Yrizarri are the big names in the International Prospect League this year. Pierre, another IPL player, is in the next tier and stands out for his size, athleticism and overall improvement as July 2 approached. Last year the Brewers basically shut it down internationally, but it looks like they are readying to get back to business because they have been tied to Pierre.

Team-By-Team International Forecasts

Milwaukee Brewers

After a quiet 2012 in the international market, the Brewers are in their first year with Manny Batista and Eduardo Brizuela running their Latin American operations. The best player they have been attached to is Nicolas Pierre, an athletic Dominican outfielder who probably gets a high six-figure bonus. Dominican shortstop Franly Mallen could fetch a similar price tag, although scouts don’t seem quite as enthusiastic about him. Venezuelan righthander Nelson Hernandez is another name connected to the Brewers, as is Panamanian catcher Johel Atencio. Both players probably get low six-figure deals. If they sign those four players, they should still have around $500,000 left in their $2.23 million pool.

No divisional information yet, very useful information on all significant international signees. BA always gives us our first insight into these little known players.
