I'd shorten that leash even more to avoid what we had last year. I'd give him one more shot, if he fails, he needs to be removed.

 

The psychological toll the bullpen took on the entire team last year was immeasurable in my opinion. We can't just continue to hang these guys out there to fail. When a reasonable amount of time is given, and failure remains, make a change. I don't think this team can endure what we had last year, and I see no valid reason for them to have to do so.

Fun happening from the game last night. JaDerHeyski warned me to "be ready to catch this". The next pitch to Fowler landed 5ft short of being in my lap. Have to give her props for calling his shot.

Wow, nice. I mean, it would have been nicer had it been a Brewers HR she called, but still.
