Opening day 2013 is officially underway! Jose Altuve with the first hit of the season, a single to left center field.

As you can tell, I am very excited! And I will be able to watch every single Milwaukee Brewers game this year thanks to MLB.tv Premium and my Roku.

 

I'm looking forward to chatting with you all when the Brewers kick it off tomorrow at home vs the Rockies.

I just ponied up for the At Bat app for my phone. Its still overpriced, but at least I get audio on the phone and computer with one subscription (unlike last year). And I can listen to the game at work...

My final four picks are Syracuse (to win it all), Duke, Florida, and Kansas St (over Wichita St in the elite eight-I was so close!). I think the result of yesterday's games was a message from the Baseball Gods that it's time to stop dabbling in the silly sports and fire up for Opening Day!
