Peralta at 90

Coulter at 120

Roche at 123

Thornburg at 129

I'm a bit surprised Jungmann isn't in the top 150. I know he didn't blow anyone away last year, but I thought he'd make it. I expect him to step up at AA this year, and we'll be looking at a bunch of Top 100 guys next year (at least, that's my hope).

Roache strikes me as a guy that could sky rocket up the lists this year. He is a little bit of an unknown due to missing all of last year but he has as much potential as anyone. Same could be said of Coulter although to a lesser extent. It is unlikely that all of a sudden the Brewers will have a bunch of top 30 guys; but they certainly could have 4-5 guys in the top 100 by the end of the year.

There are multiple players left off that could crack the list next year: the aforementioned Jungmann, Bradley and Nelson, plus Hellweg as pitchers, and if Tyrone Taylor comes anywhere close to last year offensively and can prove he's healthy enough to get back in CF, he will almost certainly make it , too. Take notice everyone, the Brewers MiLB is on its way!

In the comments for the list, I thought it was interesting that Sickels referred to peer pressure regarding the list. He also "loves" or dislikes players and that seems to stick to them to a degree.

I know Keith Law gets me going sometimes and I get the impression that sometimes he's just being contrarian but its nice to see someone step outside of the consensus.

Burgos is much more likely to be in the top 100 of many lists next year than jungman, Bradley or Nelson. While Jungman has the potential to be in the list just because of his draft position and he didn't stink last year, but Bradley is going to get dinged a bit for last year unless he has a lights out year this year and I ain't holding my breath. Nelson didn't look great in AA and might need a really good year to move up into the top 100. Burgos already has the WBC exposure to help him and a decent year at AAA should be enough to have him jump on most lists.
