If I were you I'd call up your ticket rep and tell them that you think it's a load of crap that they're announcing after you've already made your decision the requirement that you need to sign such an agreement. Maybe if you give them the feeling that you're unhappy with the apparent lack of information when you made your gift choice, they will let you choose something else.

 

Then again, is such an agreement even enforceable?

I'm not sure it's enforceable at all. I look forward to reading it when I sign it. I'm just annoyed I have to sign it in the first place.

 

I may make a fuss with my ticket rep. Give me Gallardo like I wanted and I will gladly keep the ball!
