I do think Peralta will see more MLB time than predicted, I really think he'll be a Rookie of the Year frontrunner.

Well, a Gallardo - Estrada - Narveson - Fiers - Rogers rotation would accomplish that. But you read into the quotes from Melvin and others and it's hard to see Peralta out of the picture barring a disastrous spring training.
