The bring up Hunter Morris thread

Let me start off with - I do not know what is going on with Hart. If is back in a few days then you just wait for him. But if he hits the 15 day, do you bring up Morris?

Not with Travis Ishikawa and Taylor Green already on the roster.

I dont even know what the point of putting Hart on the 15 day would be. It doesnt free up room on the 40 man, and anyone from the 40 can be brought up freely anyway.

It could matter if we make the playoffs and wanted to add somebody to the playoff roster. But that is about it.

 

On a side note, does it have to be position player for position player and pitcher for pitcher when replacing injured guys on a playoff roster? Or does that not matter?

I don't think it matters the position, but I'm not positive. Technically any player can play any position so I don't see why it would.
