That fastball from Rogers to end the 3rd inning was pure filth. This guy has a top of the rotation arm, no doubt about it. I don't mean I'm guaranteeing that's where he'll wind up, but dang -- dat arm!

Nice job, Roenicke. Everybody in the ballpark, and the announcers, knew that squeeze was coming.

No kidding. Way to blow a chance at a run. :devil

Another awesome squeeze call from RR.

Don't worry. They'll say that wasn't a squeeze atempt and the Brewers are really 12-12 on attempts. In reality, RR should be managing a high school.

In all honesty it's on Segura to not get a bunt down, but it should start being on RR for not letting his players play and do their job. This constant bunting garbage makes it seem as though he has no faith for his guys to get the job done. Not to mention, he manages himself out of the possibility of a big inning by all these bunts.

I swear - runner on 3rd less than two outs with anyone but the 2-6 hitters and it's almost guaranteed to be a squeeze. We get it, RR, and it's not cute anymore.

Your first baseman bunting to break up a no-hitter? Come on.

Yeah - I let out a few expletives over here. Wouldn't surprised to see that guy saying hello to an inside heater sometime in this series.

Now it's a moot point because of the next batter.

Expecting a successful bunt evert time is part of RR's delusion.

And I'm actually, strangely, happy that that happened. I get that it was a 2-0 game & all, but come on.

The Brewers didn't need a hit in that situation with Segura. A number of scenarios would have worked.

If you're referring to the Astro bunting for a hit - I think just the fact that he WAS bunting for a hit is the point. BUT, it was in the 5th inning, too. Not like the 8th or 9th. It worked out for the Astros so, good play. I just don't like it.

What's the big deal with the bunt? They were only down two so getting a runner on base makes sense and it may be their first baseman, but it's a first baseman with an OPS under .700. It's not like it's Prince Fielder bunting for a hit.
