You need a pass or Club Level tickets, and you need reservations.

 

I guess there are a few food items that can be purchased without reservations. There are only a couple of tables that don't require reservations, though.

That’s the only thing Chicago’s good for: to tell people where Wisconsin is.

You do at minimum need a guess pass into the NYCE Club. Reservations are recommended, but depending on the game it might be available.

 

Yes, you can go up more than once. There's enough available that going up more than once shouldn't be an issue. The buffet carries a Vegas price, but isn't completely awful. It doesn't include dessert.

 

If you don't want the buffet they also have a small menu of other foods.
