Since the game is on TBS, I get to be blacked out on MLB.tv and TBS, despite the fact that TWC doesn't broadcast Nats' games down here...

So the game is blacked out for me on TBS, which is fine, but Directv is only carrying it on 669 and not in HD. I forgot how big of a difference it was watching in SD.

I'm a little behind 'Live' on the broadcast, but nice to see Rogers getting lathered up... that FB is working in that 97+ mph range we heard he was operating in recently in AAA. I wouldn't be surprised to see him hit triple digits today (98-101 mph was the report posted in a recent Link Report thread)

I'm watching 669-1 in HD here in central WI. Must be some sort of geographic thing? Maybe certain places are losing HD feeds on regional networks due to DTv using extra HD slots for Olympic coverage.

Weird. I'm in Stevens Point area and have nothing but the Directv logo on 669-1.

So for those watching the game what are your thoughts on Rogers so far? Looks like he has settled down nicely after the leadoff HR. No walks, good amount of ground balls and low pitch count

Strange indeed. We're both in the Wausau market area (unless you're working under a different address) so I'd think we should both be getting the same feed options.

Rogers looks pretty good

Love hearing the talk from BA & Rock about Lucroy someday maybe moving to another position (pure speculation on their part but would they even say that if someone from the Brewers hadn't discussed it with them?).... let Maldonado start 4 out of 5 days!

I am unable to watch and am only to listen in occasionally on the radio. Glad to hear he is doing well.

Someone asked Lucroy about this and he said he would be terrible at any other position. Said he hasnt played another position since grade school

Rodgers looks like a hard throwing reliever with little command. He rarely hits where Lucroy sets up. That said, 3+ innings tells us little. The guys that have been following him during his minor league career can tell you a lot more than one start can.

It's the free game on MLB.tv, too - the picture quality there is usually really good.

This is nice. I'm on vacation in Hilton Head, taking a break while the kids have a nap, and get to watch the Brewers!
