So basically every pitcher other than Greinke is having a career year in a bad way. Time for Kranitz to pack his bags???

Not really, just Wolf mostly. Plus Fiers has been amazing. Why doesn't anyone ever call for Stan Kyles' head? He's the bullpen coach, and the bullpen has been a lot more of the problem than the pitching staff as a whole.

When your pitcher doesn't get removed for a PH and gets removed the following inning your know your manager has no faith in the team. True, Gallardo is a good hitter and the move worked, but really?

The bullpen coach isn't the pitching coach for the bullpen guys. He just kind of manages things down there.

If you want to blame a coach for the pitching woes Kranitz is your guy.

This. Firing Kyles would be firing someone just for the sake of firing someone.

I know this is irrational, but I almost feel like this wouldn't be such a bad thing right now (firing someone for the sake of it).

Also, I have a really hard time believing that the bullpen coach isn't a "pitching coach" in his own right. Shouldn't he be someone well-versed in pitching as well -- looking for mechanical flaws, noticing velocity differences, changes in arm motion, etc?

Not saying that what you guys are saying isn't the case, it just seems like a dude earning 6 figures solely to answer the bullpen phone, get guys warmed up, etc, is pretty overpaid.

The bullpen just ripped any life this team had left right out of them...........

so who starts Sunday now? Seth McClung?

As a Sunday ticketholder, I am wondering the same. Should I just get a Wholestaff shirsey?

Also, way to end the shutout, I guess.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
