A few moves by Melvin will not be the difference this year between getting back in the race and giving up. The only way they contend is if the guys on the roster right now get it together. Ramirez and Weeks have finally awakened, but the bullpen needs to step it up, these guys are capable of more than their recent performances. If the current team can't get back to .500, how can a team with a few added pieces make the playoffs?

 

I do think they've done enough to keep Greinke on the team for a few more weeks.

Despite the 2 run bomb, I have a good feeling about today's game, When I went to bed yesterday down 2 runs I had a feeling too that they were going to pull it out and they did. I smell a walkoff coming.

heh, I told my friend that when the Brewers were up 9-2 that I was glad I was wrong. I'm also glad I didn't predict an extra inning heartbreaker
