2012-06-25 Brewers (Gallardo) at Reds (Latos), 6:10 PM CDT [Brewers lose, 3-1]

Do not bunt Aoki

You should get into coaching.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

I wanna be positive but I feel like this will be another tough loss for the crew and another signal to start working deals to get the most for the guys we have.

Wouldn't it be great to trade Greinke and then sign him in the offseason again?

3-1 count, down 2. How bout take the pitch and try to get men in base.

If I managed against the Brewers and I had a pitcher throw Weeks anything but sliders/cutters, I'd take him out. Not being able to adjust to one pitch will define Weeks average career.

if the Brewers get swept have to believe even the hardcore fans have to realize we be sellers.

But i agree need to get izturs out of the lineup on a permeant basis. Also getting Tired of Weeks striking out on a constant basis.

Well i hope They make one Final offer to Greinke before the All star game and then if no deal you have to put him and Wolf and krod on the blocks.

No way Greinke re-signs during the season. He'll hit free agency, because he'd be stupid not to. And when that happens, the price will likely sky-rocket, and then he's gone. And since we don't want to keep Marcum, trade him too. Also K-Rod and Kottaras. No one will want Wolf, but if they do he can go. Keep everyone else, unless someone actually wants some of our bad relievers or bench players. Just gotta get something for impending free agents we either can't keep, or don't want to keep. But of course, it makes sense to wait a few more weeks to see where we're at. Things aren't looking good right now though.
