Burgos with another very solid outing. Seems to have settled in nicely in AA. Good to see.

 

 

I know, I kept hearing about how his stuff wouldn't play in AA(much like Fiers) and while we all prefer a guy who can throw 98 like Jimmy Nelson with a strikeout pitch in his slider and a GB pitcher, there's obviously room for pitches who know how to pitch, pitch backwards, keep the ball off the barrel of the bat and just get the job done.

 

Burgos looks like he's really figuring it out.
